Find help
If you are worried about your alcohol or drug use, or concerned about someone you know, support is available. On this page, you can find local services and national helplines ready to help.
If you are in immediate danger, or someone is at immediate risk, always call 999. If it’s not safe to talk, listen to the operator and then press 55. This signals to the police that you can’t speak, but urgently need help.
